I was born and raised in India and eventually moved to the United States of America. I have had a latent desire and burden to serve God but had no idea as to where and how. God spoke to me through His Word and many circumstantial evidences on various occasions to do His work full time. But I did not heed to His call immediately. I was a professional basketball player in India years ago and worked in the field of sports for many years. We moved to the United States, where we settled, and had a comfortable life. God blessed my wife and myself with county (government) jobs, but the spirit of the Lord was always interacting with us to do His full time ministry. At a very precise moment, the call of God came clearly to me to step out of my comfort zone. Though I had resisted Him for a long time, I could not but obey Him now. So I quit my job to do His work full time. My wife, who is very supportive of me has become a great backbone to my ministry. When I obeyed God, He opened many doors to do His work. So we started a non-profit organization to help the poor and needy, using sports and athletics as a vehicle to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We strongly believe in the words that Christ spoke in Matthew 25:40, where He says, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me”.
